Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

- Clear photos or video evidence of the damage or defect.
- Proof of purchase.
If a defect is verified, we will ship a replacement unit to you at no additional cost. We do not issue monetary refunds for damaged items; we only provide replacements.
Order Cancellations
As we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all shipping information and product selections are correct before completing your checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BottlesBuddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
